Caroline Bruzelius

Caroline Astrid Bruzelius is an American art historian and expert in medieval architecture,[1] the Anne M. Cogan Professor of Art and Art History at Duke University.[2]

Bruzelius completed her undergraduate work at Wellesley College in 1971[3] and received her Ph.D from Yale University in 1977.[2] She was Director of the American Academy in Rome from 1994 to 1998,[2] and was awarded the Cogan Professorship in 2001.[3]
